I understand that FreeFSBO.com is a free North American (Continental USA and Canada) For Sale by Owner (FSBO) real estate “listing and marketing” service designed to assist me in the marketing and sale of my FSBO property to the general public.

I understand that all of the services offered on FreeFSBO.com are 100% FREE.

I understand that I am not required to purchase anything from either FreeFSBO.com or it’s affiliates, to use the free FSBO services offered by FreeFSBO.com.

I understand that the professional FSBO Real Estate Yard Sign is 100% FREE.

I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions for listing my property for sale on FreeFSBO.com.

I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions associated with successfully selling my property on FreeFSBO.com.

I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions for removing my property listing from FreeFSBO.com.

I understand that FreeFSBO.com generates revenue from its partners and/or affiliates and therefore does not need to charge the sellers for placing a listing on FreeFSBO.com.

I understand that when FreeFSBO.com offers a Free FSBO Kit and FSBO listing, it means 100% FREE.

I understand and agree that in order to generate revenue, FreeFSBO.com may place “Banner Advertisements” on the website that promotes the services or products of other companies or websites. I understand that the services or products offered by the companies paying for the banner advertisements may not be free.

I understand and agree that in specific state counties that have an affiliate of FreeFSBO.com, once my property is listed on the website, that a FreeFSBO.com employee may call me to arrange for the delivery of the free Real Estate Yard Sign, even if my phone number is on the national “Do Not Call” Registry.

I understand that I am not obligated to use the free FreeFSBO.com Real Estate Yard Sign and can refuse it if I so desire.

I understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com affiliates may offer products or services utilizing my personal contact information that I have provided to it. I understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com’s registered affiliates have the option(s) of contacting me directly by phone, email, direct mail, flyer and/or in person.

I understand and agree that potential home buyers that are interested in my property listing must call the number that I provide and speak with me or my assigned agent(s) directly.

I understand and agree that I have reviewed FreeFSBO.com’s Privacy Policy and that it governs FreeFSBO.com’s use of my personal and/or financial information.

I understand and agree that I must place my accurate contact information in the both the “Property Information” and “Personal Information” of my listing including my home address, phone number(s) and email address. I understand and provide my consent that FreeFSBO.com or their affiliates may use this information to contact/solicit me directly.

I hereby certify that I am the legal owner of the FSBO property I am listing on FreeFSBO.com or an authorized agent for the legal owner.

I hereby certify that if I am a real estate professional placing a listing on behalf of the listings owner, I have advised my client to review, understand and accept the FreeFSBO.com Official User Agreement.

I understand and agree that if I have my property formally listed with a registered Realtor®, I must have a “For Sale By Owner” option with the professional realtor if I place a listing on FreeFSBO.com. I understand that a “For Sale By Owner” option allows me to find a buyer myself and save the commission that I would normally pay to the Realtor® for finding a buyer, e.g. Flat Rate MLS Listing.

I hereby certify that the information I place on the FSBO real estate listing at FreeFSBO.com is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

I hereby understand and agree that I am responsible for the content I place on my FSBO real estate listing at FreeFSBO.com. I understand and agree that I am responsible to make whatever changes are needed to update information displayed on my FSBO real estate listing and I further understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com is not responsible for updating, changing or deleting my real estate listing for me.

I understand and agree that I am required to log in and update my FSBO real estate listing as “SOLD” within 30 days of the property being sold or to notify FSBO.com that the property is no longer available for sale on the real estate market.

I understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com does not represent me as commissioned Real Estate Sales Agents for the property I am listing on FreeFSBO.com.

I understand and agree that if I enter into any contractual agreement with an affiliate of FreeFSBO.com or a company advertising products or services on FreeFSBO.com the agreement is outside the realm of services offered by FreeFSBO.com and is strictly between me and the company with which I entered the agreement.

I understand and agree that all real estate listing information, including any accompanying photos that I submit, becomes the property of FreeFSBO.com upon submission.

I understand and agree that to help promote my FSBO property my listing information, including photos, may be submitted to or included in other forms of advertising such as, but not limited to, real estate publications, classified ads, free online advertising websites, search engines etc. I understand and agree that any publications or advertisements or web sites my listing is included in or submitted to will help provide additional advertising exposure for my FSBO listing. Therefore, I approve and give permission in advance for the information from my FSBO listing, including the photos, to be included in any other form of advertising that will help promote my FSBO listing. I understand and agree that if I wish to have my listing removed from any of the other forms of advertising I should contact FreeFSBO.com support and my listing will be removed from other advertising venues if possible.

I understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com may not be available from time to time due to technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or any other condition that may be beyond the control of FreeFSBO.com. Furthermore, I understand and agree that FreeFSBO.com is not liable for any damages which may result from errors in my real estate listing or property description or from the failure to display my real estate listing due to technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or any other condition that may or may not be beyond the control of FreeFSBO.com.

FreeFSBO.com reserves the right to edit or reject any real estate listing on FreeFSBO.com at our discretion. By using the free FSBO real estate listing and real estate marketing service at FreeFSBO.com you agree not to post or transmit any obscene, abusive, misleading, threatening, defamatory or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to use the free real estate listing and real estate marketing services on FreeFSBO.com. You will not use the free real estate listing and advertising services to violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or other entity. By submitting material to FreeFSBO.com, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the property owner.

FreeFSBO.com may at any time, without notice or liability, change or eliminate any content or feature of the web site. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any modifications made pursuant to this provision, or any policies or practices of the web site owner in providing the web site, is to cease use of the web site.

The “Official User Agreement” posted at FreeFSBO.com shall be considered as the only valid user agreement between the property seller and FreeFSBO.com.

FreeFSBO.com reserves the right to modify this “Official User Agreement” by posting the modifications on this web page and changing this “Last Modified” date below.
