on product purchased delivery is facilitated either via DHL Courier or a onetime
downloadable link via email.
Flat Fee
MLS
Once
a Flat Fee MLS has been purchased and MLS forms have been received we are
unable to offer refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to ask the listing
agent the name and coverage of the MLS their property will be listed in. There
are often different MLS's that cover the same areas. * Please note you may be
required to provide credit card information to ensure that a “Settlement Sheet”
(HUD1 Statement) is completed and forwarded upon successful sale and close of
property (if form is not sent in there is a $50 charge) so be sure to
let us know when you receive an acceptable offer to purchase.
Listing
in the MLS is by no means a guarantee that your property will sell, it is only
an advertisement that your property is for sale and lasts for six months. All
selling commission is negotiable by law and Martcam LLC (FreeFSBO.com) does not
set commission rates, this is left to the consumer to decide. Once listed
on your local MLS, your property listing may feed to several real estate
websites. This depends on where the property is located and the regulations of
the individual MLS your property is listed with. Martcam LLC (FreeFSBO.com) has
no control over which websites your property is listed on.
